Where orders ship from
UPRO orders ship from Hangzhou, China. We match the courier and delivery service to the destination country and the services available for your order. Depending on the route, transport may include air, road or sea, followed by delivery by a local carrier.
Processing and estimated delivery
- Order processing and dispatch: usually 1–2 days after the order is placed.
- Domestic transfer from Hangzhou to the international carrier: approximately 3 days.
- International transit: typically 7–15 days, depending on the destination and service.
- Estimated total time from placing your order to receiving it: generally 15–21 days, including processing, transfers and local delivery.
The 7–15 day transit estimate is not the total time from ordering to delivery. All timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, public holidays, remote locations and the selected transport route may extend delivery beyond these estimates. Please contact us before ordering if you need your order by a specific date.

Free shipping is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping charges and taxes. Your final shipping charge is displayed at checkout.
Delivery details and assistance

Import taxes, clearance fees and checkout taxes
The store pays destination import taxes, including customs duties, and customs clearance fees for your order. You do not need to pay these charges separately on delivery. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay an import tax or clearance fee, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.
